MPEG4 & JPEG Video Server
The ANT-4100 is a dual codec MPEG4 and MJPEG video server for video and audio. The ANT-4100 supports simulcast and multicast streams with user selectable codec and resolution plus frame rate. This feature allows integration with any NVR based on JPEG or MPEG4 and total network bandwidth flexibility. In addition 3GPP provides the ability for video to be viewed via a mobile phone. The ANT-4100 is available in PoE and non PoE versions and supports video transmission via 10/100 Ethernet and RS485 control for PTZ cameras. One of the issues integrating video servers into a system is the lack of support by software manufacturers like Milestone and others. The ANT-4100 uses industry standard IP protocols which allow compatability with the majority of software packages for IP.
