Product Overview

ANT-1776UAV is an advanced UAV or Drone-oriented encoder with H.264/5 codec and 3 x input types HDMI, USB & CVBS, you can choose to use 1, 2 or 3 inputs at a time. The product comes with a durable, flexible ribbon HDMI connector.

The main encoder board can handle multiple streams simultaneously (up to 8MUX) and supports end-to-end 100msec ultra-low-latency streaming over networks using either another hardware ANT-1776 product, or the dedicated software based player (provided) for Windows, Linux and Android.

The ANT-1776UAV supports Unicast, Multicast, Broadcast in UDP, RTP, RTSP with Forward Error Correction (FEC) support. Capabilities include video and audio capture, encoding, decoding, transcoding and display, and video raw-data pre-processing.

With the option to add an AI acceleration module, which includes/adds powerful Hailo-8, 26 TOPS AI Accelerator enabling high AI accuracy detection & tracking as well as hosting customers AI processes. Yolo5 is included as standard, but customisation is also possible.

This unit is designed to function at extreme temperatures, it has been tested to -40C + 85C (Tested to MIL-STD-810G Standard) which is particularly useful in subsea, military, defence and unmanned vehicle markets.
Designed to be integrated into an enclosure as it is a base board product, example applications for this type of product would be UAV, unmanned vehicles & drones etc.

Dynamic Encoding You can change the characteristics of the encoder on the fly without interrupting the video stream. This includes bit rate, frame rate, resolution etc. This can be done in three ways, via the API, webpage and via a physical interface between the radio RSSI signal strength and the encoder. This is achieved through a look up table, which is editable by the customer.
Multiple Audio Codecs Supported OPUS, MP3 and G711
ONVIF Discovery ONVIF Discovery is now available in the firmware, enabling streams to be discovered by an ONVIF VMS or decoder.
Ability to record uncompressed / RAW video These raw video recordings can be then used for AI learning and development.
SDP File Creation Tool This tool is for RTP transmission and it creates a file that you can input into a decoder (usually software), it tells it the characteristics of the encoder (source).
Hosted Code on Chipset Customers can host their own Linux code within the iMX8 chipset of the ANT-177X range. This enables customisation of the units.
Low Latency Software and Hardware options Low Latency Player Available on Android Tablet and Windows PC/Tablet also low latency hardware to hardware solutions available.
Microhard Radio Integration with RSSI Interface Integration with Microhard radio along with ability to control Microhard radio through the web gui of the encoder.
UART to SBUS Modification Possible If require this can be achieved with an adapter or physical modification* to the board (*OEM terms and MOQ would apply)
Artificial Intelligence Options Available Easy upload option of customer developed AI code developed for Hailo 8 AI chipset via web GUI option
Simultaneous decode in addition to encoding Unit can simultaneously decode 1 x stream while encoding up to 3 x inputs.
Updated API List API to discover boards and IP addresses along with control and make changes remotely.
