Intersec Dubai 2026 once again proved why it remains one of the world’s most important gatherings for security, safety, and homeland protection professionals. Following the conclusion of this year’s event, Antrica is proud to reflect on a highly successful exhibition, alongside our technology partners, Intertech Vision Middle East, marked by strong engagement, meaningful conversations, and significant interest in our latest secure video streaming technologies.
With growing global demand for reliable, mobile, and covert surveillance solutions, Intersec provided the ideal platform to demonstrate how Antrica continues to support security and surveillance operations across law enforcement, defence, and critical infrastructure sectors.
Showcasing the ANT-1776-5G Portable Video Encoder
A major highlight of our area on the Intertech stand was the ANT-1776-5G Portable 5G Video Encoder, a compact yet powerful solution designed specifically for covert and mission-critical applications.
Engineered for use in the field, the ANT-1776-5G enables secure, low-latency video streaming over 5G cellular networks, making it ideal for rapid deployment scenarios where fixed infrastructure is unavailable or impractical. Its ruggedised and discreet form factor attracted particular interest from professionals involved in mobile surveillance, temporary monitoring, and tactical operations.
Visitors were especially drawn to the encoder’s flexibility. The ANT-1776-5G supports dual camera inputs, including IP cameras over Gigabit Ethernet and USB cameras via USB-C, allowing operators to integrate multiple video sources into a single, portable unit. Combined with multi-stream encoding, this enables simultaneous transmission to command centres, mobile devices, or secure networks without compromising reliability.
Built for Covert and Harsh Environments
Designed with covert operations in mind, the ANT-1776-5G features local video recording with 32GB of onboard eMMC storage, expandable via microSD up to 1TB. This ensures footage is retained even in challenging network conditions, a capability that resonated strongly with security professionals working in remote or hostile environments.
Its robust operating range, from -40°C to +85°C, and low power consumption of approximately 4W make the encoder well suited to long-duration field deployments, vehicle-based systems, and temporary surveillance installations. The inclusion of browser-based remote viewing further reinforces its role as a practical, deploy-anywhere video intelligence tool.
Antrica’s Role in Modern Security and Surveillance
Intersec Dubai 2026 highlighted a clear industry trend: security operations increasingly rely on real-time video intelligence, delivered securely and without delay. Antrica’s role within this landscape is to provide the enabling technology that ensures video can be captured, encoded, transmitted, and received reliably, regardless of environment or connectivity constraints.
From mobile surveillance and border security to critical infrastructure monitoring and law enforcement operations, Antrica’s encoders and decoders are designed to integrate seamlessly into wider security ecosystems. The conversations held at Intersec reinforced the importance of flexible, standards-based solutions that support ONVIF cameras, IP networks, and modern cellular communications.
Looking Ahead
Our participation at Intersec Dubai 2026 reaffirmed Antrica’s commitment to supporting the evolving needs of the global security and surveillance community. The strong interest in the ANT-1776-5G demonstrates the growing demand for compact, 5G-enabled video encoders capable of delivering secure, mission-critical video from virtually anywhere.
We would like to thank everyone who visited the stand and shared insights into their operational challenges. These discussions continue to shape how we develop future solutions that empower security professionals with dependable video intelligence, when and where it matters most.
